About Us

Our founder has over 17 years of property management experience. In that time he managed thousands of rentals through the turnkey process. In doing so, he has assembled the best make-ready/turnkey crew in metro Atlanta. In his spare time he enjoys golf, family and serving in his church.

Andy Wilkey, an Atlanta native, is the best of the best. Andy has 12 years of field-level supervision of hundreds of rehabs and turnkeys. He trains new staff and personally checks every job before declaring your rental, "Rent Ready" ! In Andy's free time he enjoys fishing, spending time on the grill and playing with his four children.

Dylan Milner brings over 15 years of contracting experience to each job. Dylan personally supervises the turnkey or remodel of your rental homes. He prides himself on excellent communication and work ethic. Dylan can jump in and complete a project at an expert level. In Dylan's free time he enjoys hunting and fishing, playing the guitar and spending time with his family.
